Car rental agency

I made my booking while overseas for pickup at the Subiaco location. We arrived a bit early and the ladies at the counter were already expecting us and had our car ready. They answered all my questions (including where to get a SIM card) and asked me to call if I needed to extend or shorten the rental period.As it turned out, we ended up calling and extending the rental by a couple of days. No issues whatsoever.Returning the car was quick and easy. They explained when I would get my deposit back (it did happen as they said).The car (a Toyota hatchback hybrid) was great. Clean, functional and very fuel efficient!I would rent from them again.

Got us back on the road with a tyre in no time.Great work guys

I found the experience great dealing with the staff and their service and the price. The vehicle was great to use and I would definitely use this company again for future trips.

In December 2021 I Had Brad from All states have a look at my car which was running really bad he had a look say there were a couple of damaged valves , he said I would be looking at approximately 4 to 5 thousand dollars I so accepted ! 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard from Brad so I called to see how he was going with the repairs , he replied that head had now ordered a new head entirely for the engine without discussing that with me at all and the stating I would now be looking at 8 thousand dollars! I was not pleased with that massive change in price without consulting me first so I got another quote of which came back at $6100I then let Brad know about the quote I received and he instantly said he was able to match the other quote!I’m pretty sure the $1900 he was prepared to charge me originally was jus a Xmas bonus for brad !Terrible way to run a business and terrible way to treat people and clients!

Our initial contact with Zippy was very positive. A newer front-desk employee at the Canning Vale branch returned our email inquiry via phone call. She was very friendly, accomodating and diligient. She did not have a vehicle readily available but was expecting one the next day. Within a half-hour, she called back again saying a car had just come in and we were welcome to it. The next day after picking up the car, unnoticable to us, our teenage (car connaisure) son thought the front tire looked low so we decided to test the pressure to be on the safe, and he was indeed correct! We inflated the tire and all seemed good. However, the next day, we noticed the pressure was not holding. We let Zippy know immediately however their offices were closed. Monday morning, Zippy returned our call and the lady on the other end was quite abrupt and unfriendly (not the same person as on our initial encounter). She asked us to bring the car in, which we did and then proceeded to tell us it was our fault and we had to pay for the tire to be fixed! What popycock! How absolutely ridiculous! And they did not refund the early drop off of the vehicle. They blamed the tire on us saying they test the tire pressures before each car goes out which is absolute bullocks considering how fast the car was turned-over in the first place. We should have not been such good samaritans! Zippy should NOT be in the car rental buisness and the WA regulators should have a look at their rental policies!

Rented a new Toyota Corolla. Loved it. Fuel efficient, android auto, adaptive cruise control, friendly and professional team there. Highly recommend.
